Late Cancelation is less than 24 hours notice.
Base Price for Small Classes covers consultation on subject, location and copies of lecture notes.
Discounts are available for prepaid sessions of Individual or Small Group sessions.
Ten prepaid Individual Sesions cost $450 instead of $500.
Five prepaid Individual Sessions cost $230 instead of $250. 

This agreement is made between DRS Technical Tutoring, (“Tutor”), and __________, (“Client”) on _________, as follows:

1. Purpose:

Client engages Tutor to provide academic assistance to _______________, (“Student”), in the listed subject area(s)_________________________________________________________.

2. Performance:

Tutor will meet with Student for __ sessions per week.  Additional sessions maybe arranged with Client's consent as the need arises and as the schedules of all parties permits. Tutor shall provide academic assistance using due diligence, best efforts and reasonable judgment but unless specifically delineated in writing, guarantees no specific outcome to the Client or the Student.

Tutor may perform these services at times and locations specified by the Client as the parties may agree (Student's school, Client's home, local library, Tutor's office, Coffee shop, etc.).

3. Session Cancellation:

If a scheduled session must be canceled, Client will inform Tutor at least 24 hours before the scheduled session; otherwise Client will be billed for the session.

4. Charges:

Client shall pay Tutor a fee of $50 per session. Extra sessions shall be billed at the same rate. Partial extra sessions will be prorated in half hour increments.

5. Progress:

Tutor and Client will periodically chat about the Student's progress. The best time for the Client to have a relaxed conversation would be ____________________.

6. Term:

This agreement shall begin on ____________, and end on ____________, unless the parties agree otherwise. This entire agreement may be canceled at any time by any of the parties involved.

7. Miscellaneous:

This agreement establishes a strictly independent contractor relationship. This agreement represents the entire agreement between Tutor and Client and shall not be subject to any waiver, modification or discharge except in writing signed by both of us. This agreement is governed by Washington State Law.
